Sonia Sotomayor's trip-and-fall

Yesterday Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor fractured an ankle after suffering a trip-and-fall at New York’s LaGuardia Airport while en route to a meeting with U.S. senators. No word yet on whether she will be hiring a New York personal injury lawyer to handle a claim against the city.
